What does a quote cost?
Nothing. Every quote is written and holds for 30 days — no pressure, no obligation.
How fast can you get here?
Same-day and next-day appointments are common, and we answer requests within one business hour, 7am–6pm weekdays. Emergencies are 24/7.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully — Kentucky licensed (CE:643553 · ME:642347), insured, and every technician is background-checked and uniformed.
Can I pay monthly?
Most projects qualify for monthly payment plans. Checking takes about a minute and doesn't affect your credit score.
What warranty do you offer?
One year on our workmanship — free, in writing, on every job.
Can you add an EV charger if my panel is old?
Yes — we check your panel first, and if it needs upgrading we quote the charger and panel together in one visit.
Do I need a permit for electrical work?
Most new circuits, panel upgrades, and EV charger installs require a permit. We pull it for you, schedule the inspection, and handle everything — you don't have to lift a finger.
How much does it cost to upgrade my electrical panel?
It depends on your amperage and your home's setup, so we give you a firm written price before any work starts — no surprises, no obligation.
Do you work on older homes with knob-and-tube or aluminum wiring?
Yes — we specialize in it. Older wiring needs careful hands. We inspect what's there, explain the risk clearly, and give you options from a simple fix to a full rewire.
What if I just need one outlet or one light fixed?
No job is too small. We charge a flat service call fee and most single-item repairs are done in under an hour.
Is my home safe if I smell burning near an outlet?
Don't ignore it. A burning smell near an outlet or panel can mean arcing wires — a leading cause of house fires. Call us right away and don't use that outlet until we check it.
Can you install smart home devices and lighting controls?
Absolutely. Smart switches, dimmers, whole-home automation, Lutron systems — we wire and configure it all so everything works the first time.
How do I know if I need a panel upgrade?
Signs include frequently tripping breakers, flickering lights, a panel that's warm to the touch, or a home over 25 years old with a 100-amp service. We'll check it at no charge during any visit.
